简单地讲, 过热水装置就是将原来开放式的供热方式改为封闭式的供热方式。开放式的供热会有大量的蒸汽和热水被排放到空气中, 造成了能源的浪费。封闭式的供热系统将压机的温度分为几个阶段, 不同阶段温度的热能有不同的用途, 回收的热能会被用作预热和提升整个系统温度, 从而使蒸汽用量大大降低了。关键的问题在于, 高温塔具有储存热能和均衡热能的作用, 当有2台或3台压机同时升温的时候, 整个蒸汽系统的压力就会大大降低, 甚至达不到压机需要的最低设定温度, 从而造成温度差很大, 影响到产量和产品的质量。高温塔会将几台压机升温所需要的热能储存起来, 即使几台压机同时使用, 也不会造成温度有很大的变化。保证了产量和产品的质量。
Simply, overheating water device changes the heating method of open to close. For the open mode, lots of steam and hot would be discharged causing waste. But for the close mode, the temperature changes in several phases in which the purposes are different. The recycled heat is used for pre-heat and raise whole system temperature, which reduce the steam consumption. The key point is that the high temperature tower functions storing and balancing heat. When 2 or 3 compressors are raised in temperature at same time, the pressure of whole steam system would reduce largely and even cannot reach the minimum setting value, which would results in the large temperature difference and impacts the production quantity and quality.
